The project is located at a sea-side plot. The plotΣs surface and the margins of the layout are very limited. The final result is a building that is characterized by the alternation of several individual volumes that create the roof and the various internal areas. The main structure is constructed by reinforced concrete and the whole project is characterised by the use of stone and wood that produce a pleasant environment for its users
