VASILIS TRIANTAFYLLOU

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE, UNIVERSITY OF PATRAS
Vasilis Triantafyllou has graduated from National Technical University of Athens in 1975 and has been working as an architect ever since. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece where he has been elected to be a part of the Administrative Committee several times. He has served as an Assistant Professor of the Department of Architecture in the University of Patras, he has participated in numerous international architectural competitions and he has received many awards and destinctions.
As an architect he has worked on a large number of building typologies, such as public buildings, City Halls, museums, hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, private residential projects, landscape designing and interior planning. His projects have been published in national and international architectural magazines and websites.

Dimitris Triantafyllou was born in 1989 in Athens. He has graduated from the Department of Architecture of the University of Thessaly and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2018. In 2010 he studied in Politecnico di Milano following the Erasmus Exchange Programme and in 2016 he completed his Master’s Degree in Leuven University [KU Leuven] in Belgium and was awarded with the title “Master of Science in Architecture [MSArch], Resilient and Sustainable Strategies”. As an Architect he has participated in several international architectural competitions and projects and he is also working with Architectural photography where he has received many commendations.
In June of 2016 he has travelled in the city of Moshi in Tanzania as a volunteer of an International Volunteer Program that aimed to refurbish an Elementary School Building and its dining area.
