DESCRIPTION

Every architect, when redesigning a building with history deals with a certain issue. On one hand, he always has to respect its history, its role through the years and its already established place in a city and on the other hand he has to consider the important issue of its future use and form and its later role of times to come. Since a building constitutes an important part of the city that it is built in, it constitutes also a significant part of every society and it has a deep connection to the rest of the structures that exist in it. For these reasons, the particular project is being designed by combining its two different roles in time and the result shows respect to its historical value and to the natural landscape that surrounds it.
